Bridges Realty, LLC was founded in 2006 by Vicki Bridges, whom after 20 years of working in real estate decided to create her own realty company with the focus in Property Management. Will Brooks, previous owner of Brooks Management Group, merged with Bridges Realty in 2019. Together, they assembled a top-notch staff to assist their clients with all of their real estate needs. Servicing properties in Augusta, Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, Harlem, Hephzibah, North Augusta, and Aiken areas, we strive to provide outstanding services to both our tenants and owners. We make being a property owner stress-free with teamwork, dedication, and communication.
Will grew up in the Augusta area and graduated from Lakeside in 2003. He obtained his real estate sales license in 2006. Will Graduated from Georgia College and State University in 2007 with a double major in Marketing and Management. Will purchased his first rental property in 2009 which led him to getting into real estate full time. He began working as a sales agent for new construction sales. In 2012 he switched from sales to property management where he worked under an experienced property manager to gain experience. Will then went on to pass his broker exam to become a licensed Broker in Georgia in 2016. During the same time, Will graduated from Augusta Technical College with a diploma in Heating and Air Technology. Will stepped out on his own in 2017 to start his own property management company and quickly grew the number of homes he managed. Will merged his company with Vicki Bridges and Bridges Realty in 2019. When Will is not working, he enjoys being outdoors with his dog Maggie. You can find them both either hiking through the woods or being on the water. Will also loves kayaking, fishing, and sailing.
Gina Weeks, our Business Success Manager, is a native of Augusta. Gina joined Bridges Realty in 2017 with a strong background in property management. She began her career as a leasing agent in multifamily and advanced up to become an area manager for multiple properties. Gina continued her career in the real estate industry to include experience in HOA and corporate housing. She owned a local corporate housing company for several years and later owned a personal care home but eventually returned to the real estate industry in single-family management. Gina has 2 fur babies (Harold and Herbie), loves family time, especially being a "JuJu", likes to cook, and enjoys traveling.
Annie Marshall, our director of accounting, was born and raised in Augusta on her family’s farm. Annie joined our team in December of 2020 with a background in operations management and office administration. Annie’s favorite part about working at Bridges is meeting tons of new people and her amazing team! Annie went to ABAC where she studied Diversified Agriculture and gained knowledge about crop science, animal science, and agribusiness. When Annie isn’t providing awesome service to our owners and tenants or traveling with her best friend, she is spending time with her husband and their two fur babies- Berkeley and Finn.
